Can’t legally consent even if they are a willing participant in sexual activity. You’re in a state where 16 is the age of consent and you have sex with a 14-year-old who is a willing participant? You’re still guilty of statutory rape because she can’t legally consent due to being under 16.
What this loon is saying makes no sense, unless she’s saying the Age of Consent no longer applies. Fuck what a sicko.
