suggest to me that Philips is going over well in NH. Of course, when you depend on write-ins (as is the case for Biden) that's quite the uphill battle (but just ask Lisa Murkowski in Alaska, it can be done).

He had a very rude episode/partial meltdown with the Press that has gotten some "X" attention--if that is at all typical of Philip's performances, he may be more bluster than credible... He may have trouble getting any support out of his own Minnesota home state too so he's probably wise to have announced plans to forego reelection.
