(7,168 posts)25. I heard that he had to post the initial 5 mil
to file the appeal to the first case.
If that is true he will have to post the amount the jury decides if he wishes to appeal the damages in this case.
So the money is there for the first case, and will have to be there for a second appeal.

Don't think there is a "guilty vote". Just decide on the damages and give the bill to Kaplan.
