2. Well, he said he's going to appeal, so he will have to post what is called a supersedeas bond to secure the appeal.

If he loses the appeal, she can collect on the bond.

If he doesn’t appeal, there are legal mechanisms she can use to attempt to collect the judgment — garnishment, levy etc. The Court will not initiate those actions, but would be there to condemn the amounts received.

The Court would also likely be involved in attempts to pierce the corporate veil, because it’s unlike Trump has much in his own name.
