you are catching a bit of misplaced flak. The OP reads like an exclamation of "omg, this old lady is drunk on tv!" I think what you were saying is that you're worried about her because she's been through hell (and you've quite possibly been through things yourself, so you know she's been through it) and you're worried she might embarrass herself in front of a predatory media?
IOW, you're worried about her well-being? Or *are* you being judgey?
E Jean Carroll deserves one hell of a lot of respect.
