In reply to the discussion: Pro-Palestine protesters chant 'Genocide Joe' at every Biden campaign event - report [View all]Autumn
(48,962 posts)129. Name calling happens at every protest. Usualy by a few bad apples. I support any American who is using their
right to protest. That's Democracy. Like it or not.
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."
Complain all you want they have every right to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. I think that they have a valid grievances. Not all in Gaza are Hamas, there is a fucking lot of women children and they are homeless since half of Gaza has been bombed to rubble and the are facing disease starvation and more bombing. Yes Hamas sucks and they are disgusting, as is Netanyahu and his cabinet members who want the Palestinians out of Gaza and are very open about it.
