...I am not opposed to this idea. Survivors always will carry the scars, and these perpetrators will, too. They will live a lifetime having their bodies permanently altered and at the same time will never be capable of sexual assault again. If this sounds vengeful, so be it. I think it's justified in this case. Of course, to each his/her own.
