3. Same most places. I had a group of 9 men come 120 miles, stay in a dumpy hotel, to

take the siding from a 3 story Victorian house, add insulation and wrap, and then carefully install John Hardie cement siding, while keeping all the original gingerbread trim. It did take them a week. I was a nervous wreck watching them tie 2 extension ladders together to reach the attic windows! Most were from Ecuador or Venezuela.
