And the government can't really "ban" the app--- it will continue to work for all those who are already using it.
They can only prevent the download sites from continuing to carry it--- in effect, preventing new users in this country from downloading it from a download site based in this country (although the more enterprising could likely download it from a foreign site, I suspect).
As far as the 'security threat', I think it's all bullshit.
DEMOCRATS and President Biden ought to oppose this effort,
because a big part of our base LOVES it.
Maybe I should figure out how to make my own little video and post it there! LOL
Maybe a video of me beating the hell out of a Trump effigy!
and then peeing on it! and then BURNING it! (hope the pee does not prevent ignition!)
