It will be totally devoid of legal validity. I still have hope they will find no legal basis to reverse the findings. The burden is on them, and there is a higher bar. Habba practically threw the appeal in the trash.

The bond reduction was just an emotional appeal. It wasn't related to the merits of the case.

It was only related to his ability to post a substantial bond.

Let's let it play out.
