The contract he has says that he is only allowed to sell a small percentage of his shares a quarter. While they could do him a solid and let him sell more, it would be self defeating.

Already the shares are worth less than they were before the merger. As soon as he sells any shares, their value will sink like a rock.

Anything Trump touches dies.
