The traditional way, I believe, is to bribe their politicians to throw open the countries to US corporations, extend tax-free status to them to move in, and help them set up paramilitaries to terrorize the still-illiterate, malnourished, desperately poor workers enough they won't dare to strike for humane working conditions.

At one time we called the desperate people struggling "commies", then we started calling them "drug dealers", and now it's just fine to call them "gang members".

Lock them all up, throw away the keys, hasta la bye bye.
