We have an embassy there, and they have one here in Stockholm.

One of our (Swedish) major 20th century diplomats, and a key UN negotiator in the 1948 peace talks, Folke Bernadotte, was assassinated by the paramilitary Zionist terrorist group Lehi aka the Stern Gang (who morphed into part of Likud later) whilst pursuing his official UN duties in Jerusalem, September 1948. Yitzhak Shamir, one of the leaders of the terrorist thug Stern Gang, served 2 terms as Israeli Prime Minister under the Likud banner.

Folke Bernadotte was famous for negotiating the release of around 31,000 Danish Jews and non-Jewish prisoners from the Nazi German Theresienstadt (present day Czech Republic) concentration camp in 1945.
