on one of the lines that has ships with no more than 1000 passengers. Preferably fewer than 500.
I have no desire to go to sea on a fully booked, ocean going version of the Las Vegas MGM Grand.

You are right. Atlas is so much better. My second voyage with them is at the end of this month.

While that was a trauma for your daughter, for sure, you can't say it happens frequently on all cruise ships.

No. The only voyage I took was a misadventure -- a trip down the rivers of France that was plagued by bad weather.
