6. Congress did not change. That is where the power is on these funding issues.

They begin in the house. Any prez can scream about what he wants...but he does not have the power of our budgets. So much focus on the prez has just pissed me off! These congresscritter races are ON EVERY YEAR! So focus clearly on the power behind the bills. We all only have one elected to watch over, speak to, get rid of. Mine's in for 44 yrs! The districts are gerrymandered. The repubs in districts like Ryan's, Cantors's, etc, have to come out and vote dem. They keep running and you cannot unelect them by party in the districts all across the US. We need candidates too.
