It is about what he SAID.
He SAID nothing about care other than abortions.
Putting words in someone's mouth - especially when there is a very clear video of what they did say - and then ridiculing then for things they didn't actually say is not a good look. Nor is it particularly politically effective since it is so easily disproven.
