Chump always gets other people to finance his businesses, and this one is no different. We've learned that Russian oligarchs put up some of the original cash for Truth Social.

When the partners set up the corporation, Chump was "given" a certain number of shares of stock. By the order of the judge (I think it's Judge Engoren) he can't trade or sell those shares for three years. Meanwhile other investors can buy, sell, trade or do whatever they want with their shares. Chump has to sit and watch the value going down, and he can't do anything.

Some of the early investors might have made money in the first week, but anyone who buys the stock now or later on will probably lose their shirts.
