Since they've been throwing out ridiculous reasons to delay the trial I would expect them to continue during the trial if they don't manage to get a committed MAGA goon on the jury.

They don't seem to be committed to win the trial so their only option is to obstruct and delay in every way they can.
I'm sure they won't find errors coming from the prosecution but they could deliberately instigate errors and misconduct themselves in order to cause a mistrial.
