I saw one lawyer on the tv machine say give him 30 days suspended. (I would suspend 29 days and let him cool his heels in the clink for 24 hours or maybe a day behind bars and let him out at 11 pm.)
I would add, order the secret service management make a plan to facilitate a day or two in the cell in the event that happens.
