8. Agreed. They are setting up for Obama impeachment proceedings.

This is so utterly irrational otherwise.

They know that impeachment won't be successful in the Senate but they also know that, like Clinton, they can utterly destroy Obama's second term agenda with impeachment proceedings. It would stop any forward momentum in Congress. It also tarnishes the Dem candidate in 2016 AND would take one of our most effective campaigners, Obama, off the campaign trail for the 2016 Dem candidate.
