This arrogant POS was hired as the Director of the White House Presidential Personnel Office under Trump. Per Wikipedia, He was tasked with identifying and removing political appointees and career officials deemed insufficiently loyal to the administration . I can only imagine how much he must have enjoyed his job. Probably toyed with his prey before firing them.
