but there are areas that are considered nonpublic, where they cannot just set up a press conference. I'd make them move back as far as legally possible. It just depends on what their law says.

As stated above, I'd make an order to clear the area outside the Courtroom based on whatever would fly (fire regulations, safety, whatever) and prevent Trump from spewing forth his poison. Protecting the jury and courtroom personnel is paramount.
