Here's the government's motion asking the court to lift the stay pending appeal adopted at the time Bannon was convicted.

Here is the court's order giving Bannon two days to respond. MINUTE ORDER. Upon consideration of the United States's 193 Motion to Modify Condition of Release, Defendant STEPHEN BANNON is hereby ORDERED to respond to the Motion by Thursday, May 16, 2024. The response should address whether the Court has the authority to grant the Motion in light of the Court of Appeals' stay of the mandate. So Ordered by Judge Carl J. Nichols on 5/14/2024. (lccjn3)
