(26,090 posts)43. If that's what the jury is asking about, it looks like
they are discussing the part of the trial testimony that relates to the hush money payment being a felony. My guess is that they think Trump is guilty of the payment to Daniels, but are deciding if it's a felony or misdemeanor. The use of Pecker and his magazine to slant news in Trump's favor and kill negative stories is what makes it a felony.
