84. Ill break it down for you.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
This is addressing congress and the US government, not an individuals right to curtail free speech of which we have that right. You cant come on to my property saying what you want and I have to stand by. I have the right to curtail your free speech on my property.
