1. Another “test” lawsuit; note the grinning little weasel’s pic in front of the Tower;
2. Faculty do not decide who does/does not receive an excused absence;
3. TA’s and instructors have rights, too.
4. Filed in Kacsmaryk‘s court in Amarillo.
I would love to be a fly on the wall in the Office of the Dean of Students. 😂
Ditto for the UT System Legal Department. 😉
