The tactics used for pot are well known: put huge regulatory hurdles on production and retail operations that require years and buckets of cash to meet. Add egregious levels of taxes. Make sure only Big Pot can meet the requirements. Collect donations from Big Pot. Wonder why the informal market continues to thrive.
Similarly, the Fucked States have years of experience making abortion expensive and intrusive and difficult to obtain. They got this covered.

I think both measures will be approved and it will also bring out a lot of normally uninvolved voters in Florida.
