I think that the Blue States in general will engage in passive civil resistance, but will view secession as a last resort, probably about the time that Trump declares himself president for life and starts targeting the blue states in revenge. If Trump regains the White House, it means that the GOP has taken over all levers of government, and their behavior in general is to disenfranchise anyone that they see as threats.

I'm hoping you're right, and indeed, I think it is unlikely that Trump will win. I'm just not as optimistic as I'd like about that assertion,
