It's not that easy to remember words spoken in your ear with no lips to read. He would end up bungling it and sounding his usual blithering idiot. "Did he say election or selection? Did he say inflation or conflation? Did he say I do want that or I do not want that?" What did he say about the podium? I missed that last bit, I was sleeping."
