Hell, I'm not sure that even the boomers really dominate the levers of power, considerable influence? Sure but the actual power seems to largely still be in the hands of the Silents.
Sorry that it is tough to become a billionaire in your early 20's and otherwise if you are not aligned with the status quo then you are not going to have a great amount of sway other than one person and one vote, if one can even get that.
Their best opportunity for influence would be bothering to show up and support actual candidates in primaries so they need to get serious about investing a few minutes in the spring if they want positive influence over politics rather than throwing a tantrum about who the folks that showed up not doing what they would wish.
