6. It shouldn't matter if they are big tippers or not. They should get their wages and tips if people

feel the service is worth it. It puts pressure on the patrons to tip. In Canada all workers are entitled to minimum wage, including the service industry and they get their tips as well. Good service workers will not only get higher wages but higher tips as well. I have never understood the US position on this at all.
