Intelligence was telling them that Hamas was doing training for a raid. It didn't tell them that was going to happen on Oct 7th or where it would be targeted at.
The article also doesn't consider the amount of intelligence that is constantly coming in that Hamas wants to or is planning some kind of action. Same with 9/11. Knowing somebody wants to attack you doesn't equal letting it happen.

We had enough information to investigate and get full information. Multiple intercepts and warnings were ignored.
