Trump looked sucker punched in the gut.

And yes Putin is the richest man in the world.
Perhaps worth $300 billion.
Not bad for a poor KGB agent.

When you are a mob boss over a country with a lot of oil,
you skim all the profits even if it means many Russians do not have indoor plumping
outside of Moscow.
