They probably won't ever get divorced because she's waiting for him to croak.

Meanwhile she's got all the money she needs, and Chump set up the trust fund for Barron that she wanted. Once Chump croaks (or goes to prison?) there won't be much left in the kitty for all the heirs to get a share. So I think Melania was smart to do this while she was in the catbird seat. (He needed her to show up for certain campaign events etc. back in 2020.)

I don't think Chump has much leverage over his "wife" any longer. She can do what she wants. And clearly she doesn't want to be around him.
