(10,362 posts)First of all, I've never had sex with anyone who was unconscious (to my knowledge), and find it revolting. That is unquestionably rape.
What if we are both drunk? It's happened quite a few times. Not planned or anything.
What if just she is drunk but isn't unconscious? Seems like once women get really drunk it's practically a sure thing that they'll consent. And by consent, I mean implied, such as responding in certain... reciprocating ways, even if you know their intent that night was originally not to have sex.
If she were unconscious this would be clear cut, but what if she's fully conscious of what she's doing but will consent to practically anything you know otherwise she would think twice about? Of course in the heat of the moment it's damned near impossible to have a dispassionate analysis of such things.
Since rape is being brought up I just wanted to know where people stand on this as I've never gotten a consensus on it.
