my point. My grandpa served in WWII, I respect those brave people. My point is if the media had been willing to sell out America, would FDR had been able to stay in power in 1944, and develop a cohesive strategy to finish it? Would we have taken down Germany by 1944 with constant equivocation and undermining if the soldiers had been, underfunded, or undersupplied, like Republicans would gladly do now to Ukraine?

Imagine these headlines:

"Sources: Eisenhower, Roosevelt Bicker Over French Strategy."

Or,

"Unnamed Democrats Question Strategy, Cost of War in Europe."

It took a full united team effort to win that thing, but there were few elements working against it.
