He likely had allergies. Unlike a heart attack, he didn't have "much going on" that isn't in his record already. He was fine the next day.

It was also probably other things: fatigue, poor debate prep, history of stuttering, bad mic settings (he talks soft, so he needs mic settings. Don't know why the mic settings weren't adjusted for him and why it has been that way throughout numerous press conferences.
