I have no idea...

If anything, it would be something like
Presentation: Mild hoarseness and sinus congestion. Mild inflammation of pharynx
DX: Irritation of the pharynx due to allergies and acid reflux.
TX: Continue with Pepcid AC and prescribed allergy medications

(Not written...drink water and suck on lozenges if speaking. Sometimes doctors forgot to tell us the obvious)
