Irritated throat....

With me: I get laryngitis at the drop of a hat.
Laryngitis does not show up on a routine exam.
It's a symptom. And it can happen really fast with me.

Other people don't get laryngitis.

Once you get it, it tends to come back. I've had it dozens of times.
