saying Trump doesn't have the presumptive immunity we still have no action taken by courts until well after this election, if ever.

Can prosecution say that the stuff he took was after he became a private citizen? Of can they say everything he held when asked to return it doesn't fall under the presumptive immunity clause.

Either way, the American public gets no justice befoer this election. So this court actively helped Trump avoid justice. Guilty or innocent.
