Is as notoriously bad, or worse, than Chief Justice Roger Taney’s. And Taney was responsible for Dred Scott v. Sanford, the decision that said “that enslaved people were not citizens of the United States and, therefore, could not expect any protection from the federal government or the courts. The opinion also stated that Congress had no authority to ban slavery from a Federal territory.” And Dred Scott is widely regarded as one of the absolute worst rulings in SCOTUS history.

Fuck you, Roberts. And a huge fuck you to Clarence (Uncle Slappy*) Thomas, Scammy Alito, Justice Beerbong, Goresuck and the Handmaiden.
