makes much difference (except for BS motions trump's lawyers file using the initial confusion over it).

I guess Cannon will have to make a formal ruling, which will be a slow process for her and I suppose -- if she is fully in the tank for trump -- she could rule it's an "official act." That would surely be appealed.

None of these cases were going to trial before the election, anyway. We still need to beat trump at polls, and quit praying court proceedings somehow spare us.
