Or Reviewed. We just renewed our liquor licenses in our borough last Monday evening.

If denied/revoked when active - hearing.

If inactive - it goes back to the municipality to re-assign.

One of ours was purchased for 1.2M and brought to our Borough but followed all of the rules to bring it here.

We are still under the limitations of post reversal of Prohibition.

We have friends that own a successful restaurant in Bedminster but BYOB. If they could apply for that license - it would be awesome!
