20. I believe this late into the nomination process, a reason other than a poor debate/poll numbers are bad would be needed

Are there indications that Biden has recently been having TIAs when comparing recent MRIs to previous ones? Is there evidence of new or worsening brain aneurysms (similar to those he underwent surgery for decades ago)? I could accept a change at the top of the ticket for some very new life/quality of life threatening condition that requires treatment making the job of President in the future questionable.

It would have to be something very new, otherwise the Democratic Party would be seen as negligent in letting the nomination get to this point knowing Biden was unwell. Almost as bad as Republicans coming back into the fold to support insurrection encouraging Trump, knowing he is a self serving vindictive con man who has always put himself first and will seek to bully, belittle, and destroy anyone that disagrees with him.
