I'm not saying these discussions aren't happening, but UNTIL THESE DEMOCRATS COME OUT AND NAME THEMSELVES, this is nothing more than gossip and shit-stirring by a media that is all too willing to gorge on the "Democrats in disarray" trope.

The game here is for a small group of dissatisfied "top Democrats" (sic) to get the media to create an impression that there is growing support for replacing Biden. Once the media does that, other "top Democrats" who aren't playing this game will start to worry and waver, because, you know, the Democratic Party always has to do what the New York Times tells us to do apparently.

As far as I can tell the only "top Democrat" who has directly attempted to stab Biden in the back so far is Lloyd Doggett, although I could be wrong. Has anyone else had the guts to speak as plainly (and counter-productively) as he has, or are they all enjoying themselves too much playing Washington Whispers?

Until such time as these "top Democrats" decide to step out from the shadows and name themselves, I call this innuendo, rumor, hearsay, and FUD.
