In answer to your question, yes, the only thing that matters is that you show up and vote (and supporting the party). I can tell that you are angry and anxious that people for not supporting Biden. I feel that too. I can tell others are filled with anger and anxiety at how the media is portraying Biden (or how Biden is actually portraying himself). I empathize with that as well.

I could scream at my computer screen until I burst an aneurysm, furiously type insults and arguments to anonymous near-strangers and twist their words in my own mind so that fellow Democrats feel like the enemy. Yet it won't change a damn thing.

I'd rather know how I was going to vote (which we all do know for ourselves), and read a book.

Less chance of that aneurysm.
