The fact is Biden has already stated, repeatedly, that he is not dropping out. Biden doesn't play games. He says what he means and he means what he says. That decision has been made. I don't give a shit if she's smarter than anyone politically. Biden is not fucking stepping down. She knows it and I know it, no reason for word games. He's the nominee and it shouldn't be hard for her to say he has made up his mind he said he's running. End of story.
