45. It is foolish to transpose speculation into belief without facts. There are NO facts pointing to a conspiracy

There is only idle speculation and unfounded conjecture and a lot of open questions.

The fact that a cop climbed up the ladder to the roof and retreated when threatened with a gun is almost as odd as the roof being available to the shooter.

If you are going to assert anything more than incompetence in securing obvious points outside of the security perimeter, then you have to provide some shred of evidence. Evidence of incompetence is not automatically evidence of malice.

To believe in a conspiracy without specific evidence of conspirators and conspiratorial transactions / communications, then it is to believe in unicorns and kraken.
