like people do often when they live in suburbs of a big city. Example: people often say they live in or are from Los Angeles and do not give the exact area or suburb inside Los Angeles County.

Google the donation address
it yields the same address as if you had typed in Bethel Park
Case closed, it is the shooter on both forms.
