He looked like the kid in a group of bullies who decided to show off to his buddies and challenge that nerdy looking new kid.
Biden is not a nerdy "new kid". Biden is a political black belt.
Holt apparently confused Biden with Trump in terms of political experience and figured he could get the answers he wanted for his narrative with leading questions and gotcha appeals.
